Ryan and his guys took great care of me, took my Hummer in knowing I could need a transmission. I already knew what the cost would be about. But , what I didn't think would happen was took it in at 8:20 am had it back by 5:30 pm. They also went out of there way to get a gasket that was not with the transmission that should have been but found one and still got it done when they said they would. So thank you for the Great Service!!

Came in on Black Friday for a free inspection and transmission service. Chris was very lenient about getting me in on short notice. He gave me a considerable discount and his technician completed the service promptly. They were both very nice. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to their shop the next time it needs to be serviced.
they were very helpful and got me in last minute...on a holiday none the less. they did what they said needed done and nip more.very knowledgeable.

I was on my way back to Southern California in my camper van which I just purchased to travel in. I was unaware of a leak and burnt out the transmission. I was stuck in Oregon and managed to get the van back to Washington where family was. I called and Manny quoted me something I could not afford, but he worked with me, did some research, and offered me an already rebuilt transmission for something in my budget. Since I was living in the van while traveling, he even offered to let me plug in at the shop and stay while they worked on it! I stayed with family but the offer was really kind.
They started to work on it on a Wednesday and were hoping to have it completed by Saturday to get me back on the road, which is fantastic.
I have yet to pick up the van since today is only Thursday, so I am rating purely on my experience so far. Customer service has been wonderful. I will update when I see how the van does on my travels, but so far, I've had a great experience and I am so grateful for all of the help. Thank you Manny!!
The best auto repair service I've had in many years. Ryan was very accommodating and made my transmission repair easy and left me feeling confident that the work was done right. I feel like I've made a friend as well as a new mechanic.
When I was visiting my family in Washington. I noticed there was something wrong with my truck. I had them look at it and fix it. It was a small problem, however if I didn't get it in right away it would have became a big problem! Thank you guys for the help! You all did a great job!

Great facility. They were the first among others to get me the earliest appointment. On the actual day, they took care of me, performed the preventive maintenance and service on the transmission. My car needed work and bad and I didn't have alot of money in fact my sister had to help pay for the work. After getting quotes from every local shop ammco in puyallup was the best price. Richard and his crew did an amazing job very nice people and know what they are doing. My car was not even drivable now its as if its brand new thanks!
